Jiquilisco Bay Tour Description

Located in the Usulutan department, 110 km from San Salvador, La Bahía de Jiquilísco is El Salvador’s largest mangrove area, habitat, more than 450 resident and migratory species of birds, four of the seven species of turtles exist on the planet, reproduce there, has a variety of iguanas and marine fauna that are part of the biodiversity of the place.
One of the islands of the bay is the famous island La Pirraya, where some of its fishermen reached world fame when in September 2011 they reached the 4th World Beach Soccer.
