28 Nov – Cinquera Forest + Suchitoto Colonial Town.
We will leave El Tunco and head towards Cinquera, this was a town affected during the civil war in the 1980’s, next to the town there was a natural area about to be destroyed, but when the war started and people were forced to leave their homes , the forest managed to regenerate, within that forest many battles took place, it still preserves vestiges of clandestine hospitals, kitchens and trenches used by the combatants. We will continue until we reach Suchitoto. Suchitoto is a charming city of colonial architecture, symbol of cultural traditions. Visiting this city is to find a vibrant past on each of its buildings. A journey through time for lovers of tranquility and natural and cultural beauties. Suchitoto is known as the heart of El Salvador’s cultural traditions. Surrounded by colorful handicrafts shops that express the lives and feelings of Salvadorans. Splendid cobbled streets, restaurants and cafes offer the appropriate space to immerse yourself in the interesting architectural designs.

29 Nov – Santa Ana Volcano Hike + Coatepeque Lake
Santa Ana volcano tour hike is one of the most spectacular things you can do in El Salvador. This the highest volcano in El Salvador with a height of 7811 feet above sea level. The panoramic views are simply dazzling. The Santa Ana volcano tour hiking will undoubtedly make you enter into a deep contact with nature. Venture to conquer one of the most impressive peaks in El Salvador. In the ascent walk to the Santa Ana volcano you will notice the existence of 3 different types of forest. The first part of the hike will be in a cloud forest, where you can enjoy the shade of the thick vegetation. The second part of the walk will be on land with a small vegetation, such as shrubs and agaves. Finally, in an eroded land, where the lack of vegetation allows you to have a spectacular view of the Salvadoran territory. The last eruption of the imposing volcano of Santa Ana was in the year 2005. Once you have reached the summit of Santa Ana volcano, you will be amazed by the beautiful turquoise lagoon that rests at the bottom of the crater. From the crater the landscapes are simply indescribable. You can observe the splendor of the Pacific Ocean, the volcano of Izalco, the tranquility of Lake Coatepeque. This is where you realize that your effort is well rewarded. At the end of the walk we will go to Lake Coatepeque to enjoy the tranquility of this wonderful destination. Overnight in San Salvador
30 Nov – Ruta de Las Flores + Tour de Café
We will visit 5 of the most picturesque colonial towns in El Salvador, all determined on a volcanic mountain range. Nahuizálcoa colonial town of indigenous origin, which preserves among its inhabitants some of the bearers of our original language, wewill visit a museum that residents have created to show their history, as well as an open market, where you can find variousseasonal fruits, the Most of the sellers are indigenous women. Later we visited Juayua, a colorful town that was home to coffee producing families, gastronomic festivals were held every weekend. Apaneca is the highest city in El Salvador, known for producing the best quality coffee in El Salvador. We will continue with Concepción de Ataco, a colorful colonial town covered by cobbled streets, handicraft sales. Finishing with a relaxing visit to El Carmen State, an old coffee processing plant, where we will take a tour to learn how our people have exported this delicious beverage.

01 Dic – Seven Waterfall Tour + Hotsprings
We will leave early in the morning and we will go to Juayua, we will leave the vehicle and we will enter the mountains. We will get to know part of the richness of the Apaneca – Ilamatepec mountain area and volcanoes. We will walk approximately 2 km, descending between coffee plantations, in November it is the coffee harvest season, so we will probably be able to see the fruit in the bushes. We will make a tour in seven waterfalls of crystal clear water, extremely refreshing. Get ready for this incredible adventure. A good physical condition will be very helpful to complete the course. Later we will go to Termales de Santa Teresa, where we will enjoy a relaxing visit to the thermal waters of the place.

02 Dic – Montecristo National Park + transfer – Copan Honduras
Saldremos de Ataco y nos dirigiremos hacia Parque Nacional Motecristo, The Montecristo National Park, in Metapán, is a unique misty forest that envelops visitors with its magic and surrounds them with pines, cypresses, oaks, and flowers. The ideal place for nature, adventure, and cold weather lovers, as its temperature ranges between 6° and 18°. Breathing the fresh air while listening to the sound of the pines is a great experience that you will want to live on more than once. It operates as an interpretative center where visitors can learn about its history through ancient objects and about the species of animals that inhabit it. It is part of the Trifinio Transboundary Biosphere Reserve and was the first declared protected area in El Salvador, the highest peak is located at the Punto Trifinio, where three countries converge: El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala. This destination offers visitors camping areas, cabins, soccer fields, and starting points for hikes to viewpoints, rivers, and the 100-year-old garden where you will appreciate different species of ancient plants, ferns, and orchids. One of its main attractions is the love tree, where two trees embrace in a hug. This is the perfect scenery to observe quetzals.

03 Dic – Copan Archeological Site + Transfer to Yojoa
Located in the forested area of Honduras, Copan had an occupation of more than 400 years during the classic Mayan period. In this day tour you will enjoy observing the civilization that has generated more sculptures and engravings on its temples, altars and steles. Copan has become a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 1980, undoubtedly one of the main attractions of Honduras. The archaeological site of Copán was a City – State of an important Mayan kingdom between the 5th century and the 10th century with a strong link with Tikal of Guatemala. After its abandonment, it was rediscovered in 1570 by Diego García de Palacio, If in doubt, due to its characteristics, Copan does not overlook within the Mayan world. The remains of the city preserved by time suggest 3 important construction periods, specifically before the city was desolate. One of the most important attractions of the site is the Hieroglyphic Steps Square, which has an imposing unique staircase within the Mayan culture. On the steps there are more than 1,250 individual glyphs, these glyphs have formed the largest Maya writing so far conceived. All this preserved because of the jungle, which covered the archeological site and preserved it until its discovery.
After the visit to this Archeological site, we will start our transfer to Lake Yojoa

04 Dic – Day at Yojoa D&D Brewery
At Lake Yojoa at D&D Brewery, there are several activities to do, including visiting the Taulabe waterfalls, or the Pulhapanzak waterfalls. If you want apart from spending the day at the lake, we can go to the destinations located around the hotel. Tickets to these places are not included, as they are completely optional.

05 Dic – Transfer from Yojoa –Perquin, Morazan
This day in the morning, we will leave from Lake Yojoa and begin our journey to El Salvador, within the route, we will pass through the municipality of Marcala, La Cueva del Gigante is one of the most amazing and important archaeological sites in Honduras, since it is one of the oldest. Due to its antiquity, dating from the year 9480 B.C. The Cueva del Gigante is considered by archaeologists as the site where the first settlers of Honduras and perhaps all of Central America lived. We will also make a stop at Cascada Estanzuela Cascada La Estanzuela is a beautiful waterfall of the La Estanzuela River, which measures around 25 meters high. Its beauty is indescribable! The waterfall forms a curtain of water, which looks like a white blanket that covers the huge rocky wall. We will make the border crossing between Honduras and El Salvador, we will pass near Llano El Muerto and we will arrive at Perquin. Lodging in Perquin, Morazán
06 Dic – Perquin, Ruta de Paz.
This day we will visit 3 destinations, we will make a visit to the Museum of the Revolution, where the ex-combatants helped to collect weapons, propaganda, traces of aircraft, they have some of the trenches, all this in the heart of what was once guerrilla territory. Later we will visit the Mozote, this place was a village where one of the cruelest massacres in the recent history of Latin America has been carried out, where approximately 950 people were killed by the Salvadoran army, now the place is a place of peace, where the Locals try to keep the history in the memory of visitors and locals. We will finish with a visit to the beautiful waterfall El Chorreron, It is a beautiful fall of 39 meters high with wells of fresh and pure water. 07 Dic – Perquin -> El Cuco.
This day we will move from the north of the country to Playa El Cuco, one of the most popular destinations El Cuco beach is located in the east of El Salvador, specifically in the department of San Miguel and is an ideal beach to spend a day of complete rest and disconnect from all hustle and bustle of the city. Also within El Cuco is El Esterón. Recently, El Esterón beach, located in the El Cuco area, was included in the list of the best hidden beaches around the world due to the tranquility that tourists enjoy when visiting it. 08 Dic – El Cuco -> Jiquilisco Bay
We will leave Playa el Cuco and head to Jiquilisco Bay, this is the largest mangrove forest area in the country. We will visit Puerto Barillas, from this destination we can take a kayak tour through the channels of the Jiquilisco bay. Also the bay of Jislisco is recognized for being one of the last refuges of spider monkeys in El Salvador. We will enter part of this forest until we reach the place where the spider monkeys have adopted a man and consider him part of their community. LUNCH INCLUDED Accommodation in Jiquilisco Bay.
09 Dic – Jiquilisco Bay –Laguna Alegria, Berin -> San Salvador
We will leave Puerto Barillas in the Jiquilisco bay and head towards the Usulutan volcano area, specifically the Tecapa volcano, the slopes of this volcano are used for the production of coffee, when we reach the top of this volcano we will find a beautiful colored lagoon Emerald, the color is taken from the sulfur produced by the volcano, the place is called Laguna Alegria, later we will arrive at the town, where we will make a short tour. We will pass through Berlin, another town located on the volcano, there are many explanations about the peculiar name of this town, one of them is the strong presence of Germans during the boom in coffee production in El Salvador If time allows we will make a visit to the town of San Vicente. 10 Dic –San Salvador Volcano + City Tour + Aiport Transfer
We will take a tour in El Boqueron National Park, in the San Salvador Volcano, from here we will have spectacular views of the city. Upon arrival at El Boqueron National Park we will take a short walk that will take us to the top of the volcano, where you will find the crater. This volcano has the peculiarity of not erupting in the crater. We will know its eruptive history. We will finish with a tour in the Historic Center of San Salvador.
